My most recent coin and last night's farewell.

Above are the two sides to a coin I received from the outgoing battalion Command Sergeant Major. It's for 'performance' but heck its really for all the ass-kissing, brown-nosing and coffee-making I do! There was one thing that I really remembered from business school that has really served me well and that is it's good to be competent but it's just as good to be liked! While I do kiss alot of ass around here I'm blatent it and quite honest about it too.
